NAMS Education Development Council is dedicated to providing completely free higher education for deserving students from low-income families, alongside fostering grassroots sports talent. We operate transparently to bring real, measurable change to Kinniya and beyond.
N.A.M.S Education Development Council (NAMS EDC) is a non-profit council established under the auspices of NAMS College of Higher Studies, based in Kurinchakerny-03, Kinniya, Sri Lanka, 31112.
Our Council was founded with a singular and powerful vision: to ensure that no deserving student in Sri Lanka is denied higher education because of financial hardship, and that every young athlete has the infrastructure and support to reach their full potential.
We are driven by the belief that education and sports are the twin engines of national development. Through the proceeds of our upcoming Indoor Sports Stadium in Kinniya, and through the generous donations of our community, we sustain a growing ecosystem of educational grants, sports clubs, and community programs. NAMS EDC is registered as a Guarantee Company under Sri Lanka law, ensuring full financial accountability and transparency to our donors and the communities we serve.
